What does it feel like?

The best way to get a sense of what this Bodywork feels like is to make an appointment for a free, 30 minute demo.  (See also the Sessions and Rates Page of this website.)

You'll get to talk about your specific challenges and goals.  And you will get a good, thorough demonstration of the hands-on work for your neck or feet (without having to change your street clothes.)

In all sessions, I keep up an easy going conversation about your experience and comfort level. You can ask me to stop at anytime. There are many and various techniques for working with any one tension or painful condition, and I always try to find the ones which are really good for you.

My goal is for you to feel safe, comfortable and in control.  And get a good sense of what a longer session feels like.

Coming up, I will be attending the following events, and giving shorter demos there as well:

Wednesday, September 27 from 3:00 to 6:00 at Frisbee Hospital's Conference Center for the Cornerstone Visiting Nurses Association's Healthy Living Expo

Saturday, October 14 from 8:00 to 1:00 at the James Foley 5K Race at the the Rochester Fairgrounds (my table will be in the barn).

Friday, October 20 from 9:00 to 1:00 at The Homemakers Health Services Fall Health and Wellness Expo at the Rochester American Legion
